Bonita Friedericy is an American actress perhaps best known for portraying General Diane Beckman, the NSA Director and sole leader of Team Bartowski after the assassination of CIA Director Langston Graham (Tony Todd) in "Chuck Versus the First Date".
Beckman is generally seen via video stream from her office, but has also taken personal lead of Team Bartowski on several occasion as of Season Four.
In Season Four, she earned a place in the opening titles.
Career[]
She has made several appearances in Veronica Mars, Star Trek: Enterprise, Bones, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and in the 2004 film Christmas with the Kranks. She had a minor role in Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief (2010).
Personal life[]
Bonita is married to actor John Billingsley.
Trivia[]
She portrayed the scientist Rooney who was turned into a Borg drone in the Star Trek: Enterprise episode "Regeneration" which starred Scott Bakula who in turn played Stephen Bartowski in Chuck.
