Guy Lefleur, born November 28, 1966 in Evreux, France, is a virologist and head research scientist for Cole-MacGregor Pharmaceuticals, where he is supposed to be developing a cure for influenza.

His research leads to the development of an antiviral agent that rendered useless one of Cole-MacGregor's most powerful bio-weapons. When Lefleur attempts to go public with his findings, he is murdered by a Fulcrum assassin. He works closely with Jill Roberts, Chuck's former girlfriend.

He manages to obtain a list of Fulcrum agents, which he hides on an encrypted flash drive, the first clue to it's location was in his hotel room in a Venetian puzzle box. According to Jill, Lefleur's "paranoia manifested itself in obscure ways: odd literary references, mathematical proofs. The log-on for his computer was a randomly selected word from a piece of Vogon poetry," therefore, the powdered Rootin' Raspberry flavored Hi-C Chuck and Sarah found, was a clue.
