Ivan Fyodorov is a member of the Russian gang ORGANIZATSIYA, and is involved in leveraging Mark Ratner.

Ratner, along with his wife, Heather Chandler, are invited to have dinner with Chuck and Sarah - whom they know as high school alum, Jenny Burton - after Chuck flashes on Mark, and realizes he is planning to sell the plans for the American F-22 super-bomber to the Russian mob. Chuck introduces himself as Sarah's boyfriend, and empathizes with Mark as the nerd who loves the pretty girl.

Fyodorov, along with his accomplice, ambushes Ratner in the restaurant bathroom. They threaten him at gunpoint demanding the plans, but he says he will only deliver if a promise of no harm to his wife is made.

Chuck, meanwhile, attempts to find out information about Sarah's early life from Heather at their table. In retaliation, Sarah spills wine on his lap, forcing him to go to the bathroom to wash it off. When he enters, he flashes on Fyodorov and his accomplice who throw Ratner into a toilet cubicle, and threaten Chuck, demanding to know who is and who he works for. Chuck claims that he just came to freshen up. Fyodorov isn't convinced, and orders his accomplice to turn on the hand dryer so "no-one will hear him scream."

At that point, Casey bursts through the door and knocks out both Fyodorov and his partner, before leaving. Ratner then exits the toilet cubicle, and believes Chuck knocked out the two men.
