Javier Cruz is an international assassin and the leader of The Ring's cell in Mexico. He appears in Chuck Versus the Pink Slip. He is portrayed by Adoni Maropis.
He first appears in the guise of a musician named 'Manny'. He arrives at a restaurant in disguise, only to be knocked out by an unintentional kick from Chuck.
He again appears inside the El Bucho restaurant, where he attempts to assassinate Gilles. His plot is foiled by Chuck, however, who fears he is going to kill Sarah, and jumps on top of her, thereby blowing the op for the various agents present in the restaurant.
Javier makes his escape, but then appears later in the episode, when he murders Emmett Milbarge,while searching for Chuck who had dropped his Buy More badge.
He then captures Chuck and Sarah after finding them inside the store, and takes them to Mexico, where he locks them up. He threatens and beats down Chuck, since Chuck is too emotional to flash. He informs Chuck that he will tell him everything he knows.
When Sarah is finally able to speak to Chuck through the cell wall and tells him not to freak out, they escape when this allows Chuck to finally able to get past emotional blocks and flash to knock out Cruz. When Cruz reappeared, Chuck downed him with one punch and took his Ring communicator.
He and Sarah then escape the compound with the aid of Casey who fires on Cruz from a helicopter with a mini gun, removing another Ring agent.
