Lou Palone is a love interest of Chuck for two episodes of the first season. Lou owns a sandwich/deli shop at the local mall and often thinks of meats and cheeses and has named a sandwich after Chuck for fixing her smart phone. She is portrayed by Rachel Bilson
Character history
Lou first appears in Chuck Versus the Truth when she visits the Buy More's Nerd Herd to get her Smart phone fixed, where Chuck is on duty. She is panicked at the prospect of a broken phone since she stores her "whole life" in it but is calmed down by Chuck re ensuring her it will be good as new. When she comes back to check on her phone, which is mended, she reveals that she likes Chuck and is interested in a relationship with him however things are side tracked when Sarah appears introducing herself as Chuck's girlfriend. She admits she liked Chuck until she found out he was a cheat.
