Sofia Stepanova is a spy who who stole an ammunition clip containing smart bullets from a weapons development facility outside of Paris. It is revealed that Sofia is the executor of one of the most important weapons deals for Volkoff Industries. She uses her cover as a runway model to travel the world, get access to powerful weapon, and deliver illegal weapons.
'Is she naked?'
She was intercepted by Chuck and Sarah while using Fashion Week in Milan as a means of moving an experimental smart bullet design.
Chuck and Sarah were dispatched and managed to recover the bullets in her closet after a brief confrontation with her. But she had already removed the control chips and the bullets were duds.
Eventually, Chuck realized she must have hidden the chips in the sequins of the one dress she kept in her suitcase, and he and Sarah returned to Milan to steal the dress from her.
Sofia was finally captured after she was beaten by Sarah in a brutal (and public) fight on the catwalk in Milan.
