Captain Victoria Dunwoody is a CIA agent first appearing in Chuck Versus the Cubic Z, working at the Burbank Buy More under the code name "Greta". She is portrayed by Stacy Keibler.

It is revealed, in Chuck Versus the A-Team, that she is part of the NCS Intersect Project and has become a human Intersect like Chuck. However, the project was disbanded when the team failed to defuse a bomb, and the Intersect in Dunwoody's head was thereafter removed, much to her relief.

Vicky was undercover in Chuck Versus the Cubic Z, where she retreated to Castle in disgust at the leering of the store's normal employees and the customers. In Castle she encounter an escaped Hugo Panzer but he quickly punched her out and dragged her away.Morgan Grimes made a meta-reference to the rotating guest stars in the role by referring to her directly as "the new Greta".

She reappears in Chuck Versus the A-Team, confronting Chuck and Sarah after they break into the secret section of Castle, where Colonel John Casey is running the NCS Intersect project. She gets into a fight with Chuck alongside with another Greta, Richard Noble, being able to match each other having the same version of the Intersect 2.0 in them, using the Laptop Intersect.

One of the key differences between Vicky and Chuck is that she is willing to kill, nearly shooting Chuck for trying to retrieve Orion's Laptop.
